David Daigle

David Daigle

A Los Angeles-based fine artist, photographer, and educator. He holds a BFA in Media Arts from Hampshire College, where he studied under renowned photographer Jerome Liebling.

After relocating from Massachusetts to Los Angeles to pursue a career in commercial photography and film, David quickly garnered recognition. He has received numerous accolades, beginning with his very first roll of film, including The Boston Globe Scholastic Art AwardThe Kodak Medallion of Excellence in Photography, and The Los Angeles Advertising Photographers Association Award, among others.

His eclectic and distinguished client list includes notable figures such as Keanu Reeves, Anne Rice, and John Clayton, as well as major companies like HBO, Disney, Atlantic Records, and Grey Advertising. His photography has appeared in both national and international publications including OutElle DécorTV GuideDwell,
and Los Angeles Magazine. His artistic practice focuses on expanding the traditional boundaries of photography through sculptural intervention, challenging the indexical nature of photographic images and exploring new narratives of self, sexuality, and the body.
